SKG Marketing is looking for a smart and analytical E-Commerce Account Manager to join our Sales team.

Job description

Ecommerce Account Manager oversees the online growth of the ecommerce business, maintaining, and updating web content and maximizing sales in difference market places.

The Ecommerce Account Manager is responsible for the management of all the company’s ecommerce platforms and operations. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to oversee: Online sales growth, 100% plus customer service ratings, product listing, and inventory management.

Responsibilities:

· Driving online sales growth

· Driving targeted traffic to the site and sales via other channels i.e. [please apply online] [please apply online] Maintaining and updating web content

· Identifying new opportunities

· Manage concepts and marketing campaigns Source product inventory

· Vendor negotiations

· Analyze sales and product data Managing sales team including customer service interactions

Requirements/Experience/Preferences:

- Minimum 2 years ecommerce experience

o Selling

o Listing

o Inventory management

o Case management

o FBA and FBM sales

- Minimum 5 years retail experience- (electronics product retail a plus)

- Inventory Management experience preferred.

- Logistics experience a plus

- Great communication skills (written and verbal)

- Computer skills

- Analytical skills

- Proven track record of online ecommerce management and sales.
